Chad Z. King is a visionary leader bridging real estate, technology, and media. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Theatre & Film Production, Chad began his career in digital media with iPIX (Internet Pictures Corporation), where he helped pioneer 360° imaging across Southern California. Working under respected mentors John Assaraf, Scott deMoulin, Greg Rex, Jim Bunch, and Randy Zales—who led Tony Robbins’ organization—Chad received elite training in leadership, communication, and public speaking.

As a senior sales leader, he helped drive iPIX to over $12 million in annual sales and later joined Homestore.com’s executive team. He went on to serve as Vice President of Sales & Research at BeHere Technologies in Cupertino, expanding 360° video into film, television, and military applications. His work has been featured during NBC’s Winter Olympics and the NBA Finals’ first-ever 360° replay.

In 2002, Chad founded A Bird’s Eye 360 Solutions, an aerial cinematography company specializing in real estate, film, and luxury marketing. His visuals have appeared in major films and shows including End of Watch, Lone Survivor, The November Man, and Million Dollar Listing.

In 2014, Chad launched King Realty after earning his real estate broker’s license. The firm serves luxury and international markets throughout Southern California with a focus on design, integrity, and elite marketing strategies.

Since February 2025, Chad has also been working with Texana Bank under its REMLO program, providing expert loan solutions to homebuyers. He is now thrilled to join Groves Capital, working alongside Chris Groves, a highly respected and ethical leader in the mortgage industry. Chad is excited to bring his creative vision, financial expertise, and commitment to client success to the Groves Capital team.
